Piezoelectric Coefficient Tester
The design of the high-temperature piezoelectric coefficient tester is based on Dexinmag's advantages in weak signal acquisition technology and uses FPGA digital technology to provide a stable test frequency for the exciter, and cooperates with the exciter produced by B&K as the vibration source.
Compared with the traditional d33 measuring instrument, the DXPC-800 piezoelectric coefficient tester has higher measurement accuracy, wider measurement range, higher reliability and simpler operation. The instrument can directly analyze the piezoelectric temperature spectrum of the sample piezoelectric constant d33 changing with temperature, which can be widely used in the evaluation and testing of piezoelectric materials (piezoelectric ceramics, polymers), ferroelectric materials and related device performance.

Features
Eliminate the impact of grid harmonics on collection accuracy
-
Imported B&K exciter is used to achieve more accurate vibration frequency;
-
ADA4870 driving technology is used to perfectly match the B&K exciter, and the closed loop achieves more stable loading force;
-
Mainstream FPGA design is used to achieve 30Hz-140Hz wide range measurement;
-
High-resistance charge amplifier is used to reduce the loss during the measurement process and achieve accurate measurement;
-
DC linear heating is used to reduce eddy current heating noise;
-
Vacuum electrode is used to avoid the pyroelectric charge brought by the insulating bracket and introduce it into the measurement system.
