The high and low temperature dielectric temperature spectrum measurement system is mainly used for electrical testing of insulating materials at different temperatures and frequencies.
The maximum test frequency of the equipment can reach 30MHz, and measurement functions such as breakdown test and TSDC can also be expanded. It is capable of continuous and high-speed measurements under different measurement conditions and measurement modes.

Eliminate the impact of grid harmonics on collection accuracy

Power grid harmonics are high-order harmonic components other than fundamental voltage and current that exist in the power grid. Harmonics are caused by nonlinear loads. When the current flows through the load, it does not have a linear relationship with the applied voltage, forming a non-sinusoidal current, thus generating harmonics. Seriously interfere with using electrical equipment such as communications, computer systems, processing machinery, and testing instruments. At present, most heating devices are AC heating wires. AC heating is heating the heating wire with a 50Hz sine wave. To reduce the impact of power frequency interference and power grid harmonics on measurements, Dexinmag instruments use DC heating. At the same time, filtering and other methods are added to reduce the impact on the measurement process. Greatly improve the accuracy of measurement

Eliminate the influence of measurement wire impedance and internal shielding in high temperature environments
  1. The transmission line is affected by its material and structure. When transmitting high-frequency signals, the characteristic ratio of current and voltage at each point in the conductor. Impedance inconsistencies (mismatches) can cause some errors in measured data. Therefore, impedance-matched measurement leads must be used during the measurement process;

  2.  The measured wire also has some impedance and high-frequency response, so shortening the measuring wire will improve the measurement accuracy;

  3.  Measuring wires in high-temperature environments cannot be well shielded, and most of them are only insulated. The resistance of high-temperature wires increases due to the influence of temperature. High-temperature wires are required to pass through insulating parts (such as ceramics, refractory materials, etc.) Introduce part of the capacitance into the measurement. Increase measurement error;

  4.  The measurement method adopts three-electrode measurements, which will have a better shielding effect.

Optimize sample temperature measurement methods and measurement electrodes
  1. Through the measurement principle of parallel plate electrodes, it can be further explained that the measured electrode should be as small as possible to reduce the influence of space and stray capacitance. The method is to sputter a layer of conductive material on the sample.

  2.  Because different materials have different thermal coefficients, there are also some errors in using the temperature measured by the thermocouple close to the sample as the temperature of the sample. If a reference sample is used for measurement, the sample's temperature is the material's true temperature.

The software platform of the test system is developed using the LabVIEW system, which meets the various testing requirements of functional materials. It has strong stability and operational safety and has the function of saving power-off data, and image data can also be saved and restored. Supports the latest international standards and is compatible with XP, win7, win10 and other systems.
