
Vacuum Sintering Furnace
This Vacuum Sintering Furnace is used for vacuum sintering, aging and other treatments of various alloy materials, devices, NdFeB magnetic materials, SmCo magnetic materials, hydrogen storage alloys, and active and refractory metals.

It adopts a unique internal (external) airflow circulation method and a larger vacuum unit, with the characteristics of uniform cooling, fast speed, good furnace temperature uniformity, large exhaust volume, uniform and controllable temperature, high vacuum and no leakage and etc.
The cooling methods are divided into two types:
- Internal circulation (DXRVSX)
- External circulation (DXRVS)
The control system is PLC, and the temperature is controlled by an intelligent temperature controller. The control is accurate and the degree of automation is high. It can realize full-automatic/manual disturbance-free switching and abnormal alarm function. The operation is simple and reliable.
