Vacuum Induction Smelting furnace

A Vacuum Induction Smelting furnace is an electric heating device that uses vacuum induction melting to melt and cast alloy raw materials in a vacuum or inert gas state on a rotating water-cooled roller for rapid solidification. Then it cools them down on a water-cooled plate to reduce the alloy's temperature to around 30 ℃, with uniformly sized, thin, and thick alloy sheets.

The vacuum rapid solidification furnace has become a specialized melting equipment for manufacturing alloy flakes, which can effectively reduce the generation of α - Fe in the production of neodymium iron boron magnetic materials.

Performance characteristics:

  1. The equipment is mature and reliable, with high-cost performance.
  2. The produced flake products have a uniform thickness and a good crystallization effect, and the yield rate reaches more than 98%.
  3. Through PLC, automatic control, real-time monitoring, a full Chinese operating system, and a full touch screen working environment, and the operation is simple.
  4. Multiple safety guarantees are adopted to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
