Features
1. Output Current Measurement
The output current can be measured directly through a BNC connector. The system provides a plug-in fast output cable for connection to the current measurement coil.
2. Dual BNC Current Monitoring Interfaces
The current output monitoring system provides two BNC interfaces:
- One interface with a peak-hold reset circuit
- One direct-output interface
3. Three-SCR Trigger Control
The system uses three SCRs, each with a corresponding trigger input, together with three sets of output leads.
4. Real-Time Output Voltage Monitoring and Control
The output voltage is dynamically monitored and controlled in real time. The required magnetizing voltage can be set through the potentiometer on the machine operation panel.
The voltage setting accuracy is: ±1 V
The actual magnetizing voltage is automatically compared with the set value and fed back for closed-loop control.
5. Safety Interlock
The machine incorporates a door safety-interlock design to help prevent unsafe operation when the door is open.
SCR-Based Pulse Control
The DXMM30C10 uses three SCRs (Silicon-Controlled Rectifiers) as part of its pulse control circuit. The system provides controlled triggering and output delivery for magnetizing operations.
- 3 SCRs
- 3 trigger inputs
- 3 sets of output leads
Adjustable Output Voltage
Output voltage: 0–3000 V
The required magnetizing voltage is set using the potentiometer on the machine operation panel.
Setting accuracy: ±1 V
The actual magnetizing voltage is dynamically monitored, compared with the set value, and fed back for closed-loop control.
