Jet Milling Equipment
Jet Mill comprises the nitrogen compression system, oxygen filtering system, crushing system, grading system collection system, adding, discharging system, nitrogen purity test supplement system, nitrogen system and electrical control system. Easy-to-oxidize raw materials and flammable and explosive materials processing have been widely used in metal powder.
Inert gas protection crushing and grading machine is in the flammable, explosive, easy to oxidize materials for crushing, adding inert gas (oxygen, oxygen, carbon dioxide, etc.) as a medium to achieve a closed-circuit crushing.

- Equipped with cooling devices on operational pipes to reduce safety risks during extended use or in high-temperature environments.
- Equipped with explosion vents along the piping system to minimize damage from internal pressure or concentration-induced explosions.
- Fully enclosed negative-pressure operation with pulsed automatic dust removal and high-precision imported filters for efficient dust collection.
- Fully automated control system enabling one-button start/stop and easy operation. Can be remotely controlled when connected to the central control system.
